If you feel that this company is not abiding by its posted privacy policy, you should first contact RLabsPC.com customer service department by e-mailing Sales@RLabsPC.com.

By accepting delivery of any product delivered from RLabsPC.com ("RLabsPC.com"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and RLabsPC.com agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and RLabsPC.com.

Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice.

Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from RLabsPC.com.

RESELLERS
Tax: All customers outside of Ohio will not be charged any tax. Therefore, there is no need to fax or set up any reseller tax exemption form.
For an Ohio Reseller: please place your first order as normal, and fax over your reseller permit and this form with your Tax ID number. We will remove all tax from your order.

WARRANTY
There is a 1-Year Limited Warranty on parts with 3-Year e-mail tech-support. All CPUs will have carry over warranty of 3-years by Manufacturer, most other parts will have 1 year manufacturer warranty. We guarantee no DOA's (Dead on Arrivals). If a DOA problem occurs, a claim will be filed with the shipping carrier. We allow 14 days of refund if not satified. Refund will be charged 15% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable.

SHIPPING DISCREPANCY & DAMAGE.
Customers have 7 days after to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually received, shipping error, and damages due to shipping. RLabsPC is not responsible for any of these problems after 7 calendar days. Keep in mind that some items may be shipped separately and may not arrive at the expected time. Report any discrepancy/damage online or by email or call us.
Shipping & Handling cost for this item will be $60.00 to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. S&H cost includes Tracking Number By UPS ground.
Please understand that these are custom built computers. Item will be shipped around 3-7 days after payment is received, in order to customize, order parts, build, and extensively test functionality. We do our best to expedite this process but there may be unknown circumstances over our power that can possibly take up the 7 business days.
Shipments sent outside of the contiguous 48 states requires an increase in ship/handling fee. Please contact us for rates.
All shipments are fully insured and packed for safe transit. Item is guaranteed to be in perfect working condition upon arrival.
